We operate from a modern, purpose-built premises with ample parking and well-designed clinical and administrative space to support effective multidisciplinary working.
Our patient list size is just over 7,000 and we serve a diverse population across Auchinairn, Bishopbriggs, Robroyston, Springburn, Lenzie and Torrance. Salaried GP, Parade Group Practice

- Vacancy Details: We are looking to recruit a dedicated enthusiastic GP to join our friendly supportive team at Townhead Health Centre in Glasgow Royal Infirmary Queen Elizabeth Building, off Alexandra Parade. We are a 7 doctor practice with a very experienced admin/reception team. There is support within the practice with HCA and Practice Nurse activity. We also have an excellent treatment room on site and Heath Visitor colleagues for support along with District Nurse provision. We also have a pharmacy team of 3, a mix of experienced pharmacists and technicians. We also have a Welfare Rights worker and Community Link worker full-time in the practice. We are a warm, welcoming and friendly practice with an excellent administrative team. We are attached to Glasgow University and take third year medical students as well as some other student projects. We are an EMIS practice using Docman clinical system. A golden hello payment would be applicable where eligible. We have an exceptionally low house visit rate. We are very aware of the well-being of our team and so encourage a sustainable work/life balance. We are very flexible in our approach, 6-8 sessions per week post. The positioning of the practice within the Royal Infirmary allows for a varied approach to GP careers including dovetailing with sessional posts in the Royal Infirmary. We have regular practice meetings on a weekly basis and we are a forward thinking practice and are committed to improving patient care and our working day arrangements. Salaried/Locum GP post with a view to partnership, Ibroxholm Medical Centre

- Vacancy details: A fantastic opportunity awaits an enthusiastic GP at Ibroxholm Medical Centre in Glasgow’s Southside (Paisley Road West). We are recruiting for a GP to cover 4-5 sessions per week, with mandatory full days on Monday and Thursday and some flexibility around the fifth session. We would be aiming for this to be a Partnership position, but would be happy for it to be salaried or regular fixed locum shifts initially. Our welcoming and close-knit practice serves approximately 2800 patients and boasts a stable patient base. Our dedicated team comprises a full-time GP partner, a part-time salaried GP, a Practice Nurse with prescribing rights, an experienced Practice Manager, and four administrative staff. Furthermore, we are well-supported by district nurses, a part-time health visitor and pharmacist. We have hub support for immediate discharge letters, and a dedicated community link worker.
