LMC Medical Directors

The medical directors manage the day to day business of the LMC and are the first port of call for all GP queries. We provide tailored one-to-one advice and support to any individual GP or practice.

Health Boards have a statutory responsibility to consult with LMCs on a number of key issues and LMCs have a right to consult with Boards to advise them on a variety of concerns to GPs. HSCPs now have similar devolved responsibilities from Health Boards. The 2 medical directors work collaboratively to deliver services to the GP electorate in a confidential and sensitive manner. GPs and practice managers are welcome to visit us at the LMC office on New City Road.
