Interpreters are available 24 hours, 7 days per week. Booking requests are made to the Interpreting Service Booking Contact Centre which is open 08.00 to 20.30 hours, Monday to Sunday. When telephoning the service you will hear an automated message. The second half of the message provides details of who to contact for Out of Hours / urgent overnight booking requests (i.e. between 20.30 to 08.00 hours).
