Medical Receptionist, Gleniffer Medical Practice

  • Vacancy Details:We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Gleniffer Medical Practice. We are located in Barrhead Health & Care Centre, East Renfrewshire with free onsite parking. Working hours are 25 hours working over 5 days. Our team consists of 6 GP partners, 2 salaried GP’s, 1 ANP, 2 practice nurses, HCA, physio, 3 part time pharmacists as well as a excellent Administrative Staff. You will work as part of a well-established team in this busy environment and should be reliable, conscientious and be able to multitask. You will be required to undertake a full range administration duties, including dealing with patient in person and on the phone, offering an efficient, courteous and confidential service at all times. Excellent communication skills are required as you be expected to signpost the patient to the correct services.
    Previous experience is preferred
    We are a busy Practice with just under 10,000 patients.
    Salary will be dependent on experience.

Part Time Receptionist, Knightswood Medical Practice

Administration Assistant (Temporary, Maternity Locum), Keppoch Medical Practice
