- Vacancy details:Keppoch Medical Practice is looking for a short term GP maternity locum for 6 sessions per week between September 2025 and November 2025 inclusive. We currently offer a mix of telephone, face to face and econsult appointments and also ensure you have protected admin time scheduled in to your timetable.
We have four GP Partners and two salaried GPs looking after a growing list size of around 4000 patients in the Possilpark area of Glasgow. We are a deep end practice and part of the Possilpark and Milton cluster. We are based in modern health centre premises.
You would be joining an experienced team including a strong nursing and admin team, attached pharmacist, embedded financial inclusion worker and community links worker. We are also a longstanding accredited GP training practice.

Salaried/Locum GP post with a view to partnership, Ibroxholm Medical Centre

- Vacancy details: A fantastic opportunity awaits an enthusiastic GP at Ibroxholm Medical Centre in Glasgow’s Southside (Paisley Road West). We are recruiting for a GP to cover 4-5 sessions per week, with mandatory full days on Monday and Thursday and some flexibility around the fifth session. We would be aiming for this to be a Partnership position, but would be happy for it to be salaried or regular fixed locum shifts initially. Our welcoming and close-knit practice serves approximately 2800 patients and boasts a stable patient base. Our dedicated team comprises a full-time GP partner, a part-time salaried GP, a Practice Nurse with prescribing rights, an experienced Practice Manager, and four administrative staff. Furthermore, we are well-supported by district nurses, a part-time health visitor and pharmacist. We have hub support for immediate discharge letters, and a dedicated community link worker.

Long term locum, Sheddens Medical Practice

Sheddens Medical Practice is a single-handed GP practice, providing medical services to approximately 2500 patients in Clarkston, south Glasgow.
We adhere strictly to the BMA safe working guidelines of no more than 25 patient contacts per day and have a maximum of 21 appointments daily. All GP appointments are scheduled to last 15 minutes.
We currently receive support from HSCP staff, which includes:
-Prescribing pharmacist
-Health Care Support Worker for bloods and biometrics
-Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner
-Access to Recovery Across Mental Health (RAMH)
-The medication Support service (work remotely)
